  Ordered scrubs online. The order took about 3 weeks to ship to my house. The scrubs were the wrong size (size chart was very misleading), so I called to exchange for a different size. They told me over the phone that my order "didn't qualify for free shipping" because I was 2 cents short of the $50 minimum mark. Therefore, I would have to pay for BOTH the shipping back to New Brunswick AND then again to me in Toronto! Having heard this, I just wanted a full refund. I paid $35+ on shipping alone - for scrubs I didn't even keep. TERRIBLE return/exchange policy! I will not be shopping here again.
