Just got my bike paid off that I bought there. If you want to be sold a bike with an extreme oil leak, talked to like an idiot, have your motor blow 8000 km after purchase, be told the accessories won't be refunded, fund your own rebuild on something your still paying for, and generally lose all faith in man kind, then motoplex is the place for you! I know its under new ownership but I'm sure many of the same people I dealt with are still lingering in the shadows. I would expect this kind of thing from a private sale, not a dealer.

*Owner changes*, now this place seems like a mess. If you buy something and it breaks they will inform you basacly 'its your problem' and YOU have to bring the broking atv in for them to 'help you in anyway'. and they wont try much to help you. New experience seemed more focus on sales and money, not customer satisfaction for quality products. Not really interested in trying this place again as I was before.

I've had experience here with all four of the big departments (sales, service, parts, apparel). Apparel and parts are great: quality stuff, helpful employees, a bit pricey but I expect that here. Service gets an overwhelming "meh": they didn't impress me in terms of customer service, but they did a good job in terms of workmanship. The sales associates, though...that's another story. They seem to treat the customers as people to be ignored, or maybe like a game to see how much they can piss you off before you leave. I have since bought a bike from a place in Halifax...was well worth the trip to get something resembling "customer service".
