  Horrible service here.. Staff just sit around while there's long lines, waited for 5-10min to return a item while two staff members chatted then walked away, they could have easily helped me. Will purchase from Amazon from now on.

  I would strongly not recommend the Dieppe Auto Shop. I had to contact Canadian Tire Corporate Office to receive a refund for work not completed but charged. We were apologized to and refunded promptly as the auto shop did not complete the work they charged me for. Our experience in this shop was beyond shocking. I have never been charged for work not completed and refused a refund, the shop manager was disgustingly rude and arrogant in not taking responsibility for his mechanics mistakes.
